- What does the room rental include?
- We supply banquet chairs, neutral linens, tables to include 6’ rectangle tables, 66” and 72” round dining tables, high and low cocktail tables, podiums, dance floor, flatware, bar ware and glassware.
- Can we bring any outside catering?
- Catering is provided by our in-house culinary team, and in some cases, Wolfgang Puck. Outside catering is allowed for ethnic and religious purposes only and must be approved by the hotel.
- Are we allowed to bring outside AV?
- Yes, outside AV is allowed and subject to additional charges. All outside vendors must have a COI as outlined in the contract.
- Is parking included? What are the fees?
- No, parking is not included. Discounted vouchers for hotel valet parking are available. Self-parking is also available at the nearby Ovation Hollywood parking structure for a fee.
