Located in the heart of Manhattan. LOFT 29 is a short walk to the High Line, a block away from Penn Station, and resides adjacent to Chelsea and Hudson Yards. The walls / surfaces have various textures such as industrial concrete, a bronze, gold brushed wall, and hand-restored over 100 years old vintage doors. We also offer our designer and custom-made furniture on-site or the space can be completely empty, it’s all based on your ideas and project LOFT 29 has been a staple venue spot for high-end clientele such as Versace, Elle Magazine, CBS, H&M, TJ Maxx, and many more.

- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Microphones: 4 wireless, 1 wired Projector: Nebula Cosmos 1080p HD mobile projector is projected on a 100 in. drop screen. Speakers: Space has speakers. 1 portable speaker for microphones Music played via Denon sound system.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We do have a list of recommendations if needed but you are welcome to bring in your own vendors.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Yes, all events must be completely cleaned and over by 11PM. Depending on the booking we can possibly extend to 12AM.
