About Loft Lucia

Loft Lucia is a Chicago West Loop Event Space. We host private events ranging from Weddings, Parties, Showers to Corporate Events and Productions. Loft Lucia is a two level venue with a full commercial kitchen, two bars and big outdoor rooftop. Loft Lucia is divided into three areas: main floor, top floor and a large outdoor space. We also have a very large furniture inventory and plenty of in house decor. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we now offer micro-weddings! Our venue harmonizes luxurious urban chic with warmth and brightness. Loft Lucia literally means "Loft of Light." Our space features oversized industrial windows, exposed brick and a dazzling rooftop terrace with incredible landscaping. At Loft Lucia, we’ll make sure the vision for your special event becomes a reality and goes off without a glitch. How do I schedule a tour?: Go to “Contact Us” on our website or email info@loftlucia.com to request a tour.
Can I have a DJ or Band?: Yes, we welcome both. We do have recommendations. All outside vendors will need to provide insurance for the day of the event.
Do you have a parking lot?: Loft Lucia does not have designated parking. You may hire a valet service. We are also 2 blocks away from the Morgan Pink/Green Line Stop.
Are tables and chairs included in the rental price?: Yes, we include bar tables, rounds, farm tables, lounge furniture, dining chairs, benches, a projector, and flatscreen TV in our rates. Just ask for a list of our inventory.
Can we set up custom decorations?: Yes, within limits. We ask that you do not use nails, screws, etc. and that you remove the décor at the end of your event. You will need to hire an insured professional for any installation that involves a ladder.

Rebecca Deimler is the General Manager at Loft Lucia and has been with the company since it opened in 2018. Her background is in large-scale corporate event management with a focus on logistics, brand management, and design. Her eye for detail will ensure that your event runs smoothly and is picture-perfect.
