Loft on Lake is the quintessential Chicago loft space in the West Loop, on the west entrance of the Fulton Market District! We provide a completely customizable space with very versatile layout options, so you’re able to create any vibe you want for your event! Our urban features of exposed peachy brick, industrial piping, copper-gloss concrete floors, exposed bow truss ceilings & a 65ft skylight are sure to check all your boxes for an amazing loft-style event! Loft is a creative canvas, ready to transform for any special event. Whether you are coordinating a corporate gathering or private event, the space is completely versatile to meet any specifications. The space is naturally beautiful all on its own, requiring nothing additional and imparting all the warmth and coziness you can imagine! Each event just becomes more unique through any additional embellishments of decor. And for those seeking an urban warehouse or showroom, we can accommodate automobiles for auto related events and new car model launches. Our double-wide rear doors are street level and easily accessible for quick set-up and load out.

- What is the venue capacity?
- Up to 150 guests for a seated dinner reception, and up to 200ish guests for cocktail style reception.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We're super DIY friendly and don't have many restrictions on decor. As long as you're not damaging the space or creating nail holes we're pretty open to you expressing yourself however you like!
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We do want you to work with one of our 25 Catering Partners for food & beverage service, but outside of that we are totally open vendor, so you're welcome to work with whomever you like to create your vision!
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- No refunds are available for any money paid, but we will always work with you to find a new date for your event or if you're unable to host that event, you'll always have your paid amount credit with us that you can apply to any type of event within a two year period.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Definitely!
