Lone Oaks Farm

Lone Oaks Farm is a 1,200-acre working farm in Middleton, Tennessee, about an hour east of Memphis, set among pasture, woodlands, trails, and sixteen lakes. Owned by the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and operated by UT Extension, the property blends a working cattle and crop operation with event hosting, and is home to the largest collection of antique American hand tools in the country. The farm's venues suit groups from 30 to 200 guests, from weddings to corporate retreats and business meetings. The Sale Barn offers nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor space with a meeting and dining side alongside a theater-style side with stadium seating and a stage, plus an adjacent patio with a firepit overlooking a pond. The Shop is a two-story blank-canvas space centered on an atrium with an oak chandelier, opening through barn doors to the outdoor Tractor Shed and its covered fireplace and U-shaped courtyard. The Stable, with its western red cedar beams, wrought iron stall doors, and vaulted ceilings, serves as a striking setting for ceremonies and intimate gatherings. Beyond the event spaces, Lone Oaks Farm offers on-site lodging for wedding parties and guests, high-speed fiber internet and A/V support for meetings, and an in-house catering team, making it suited to both single-day events and full weekend gatherings.
