- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- To rent any of our event spaces comes with a food and beverage minimum plus a room rental fee. Pricing will vary depending on availability and the space(s) requested.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Included in your venue rental gives access to our tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, charger plates, dance floor, stage riser, plus a dedicated and experienced catering team.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Refunds may be issued if the Hotel cannot perform service under the Impossibility clause found in our Agreements. Cancellation penalties will be incurred if cancelled within 60 days of the event date after a signed and returned Agreement has been submitted.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Venue capacities are determined by which space is being utilized with the type of setup (i.e. rounds, reception, classroom, etc.) and the amount of event imperatives or action items found in your event (vendors, photo booths, etc.).
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We actively encourage guests to bring in decor to help bring the vision of your perfect event to life! However, prohibited items include any open flame, liquids, gasses, pyrotechnics, smoke machines, and any items that may damage the walls, flooring, or furniture.
