- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Maggiano's includes a variety of table sizes, chairs, house linens, china/glass/silverware, personalized menu cards per table and house music. In-house audio-visual equipment it available for nominal rental fees.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Each room has a Minimum spend requirement that varies based on capacity, time and day. The deposit is 50% of the Minimum, due with the signed contract. All deposits are non-refundable. The Minimum, tax and event fee will be charged if a cancellation is received within seven (7) days of the function.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We welcome you to personalize the room with decor, floral, custom linen & more. Items may not be attached to or hung from mirrors, walls, doors & ceilings. Use of glitter/confetti will result in a cleaning fee. Early load-in must be coordinated in advance; items must be removed at the conclusion.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We are happy to offer recommendations for our trusted, certified vendors. However, Maggiano's does not have an exclusive vendor list, allowing you to work with professionals of your choice. Contracts & payment for outside decor & entertainment should be directly be directly between client & vendor.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Your sales manager assists with menu/beverage details, service times, layout and can offer logistics suggestions. The day-of your event, our team is focused on providing Maggiano's signature service; we highly encourage you to work with a coordinator for decor, entertainment and personal details.
