With 8 unique event rooms that can be used in varying combinations, our Tyson's Corner location can host seated events of 10-200 guests and standing receptions up to 300 guests in one space or up to 400 guests with exclusive use of the full space. Whether you are hosting a big family celebration or a small corporate meeting, our private event rooms are designed to accommodate a variety of occasions. Our Private Dining Event Managers will help you plan a delectable chef-prepared menu and choose offerings for your private bar, featuring a selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails. Allow us to create the perfect room layout and add finishing touches such as personalized menu cards, house centerpieces and standard audio-visual equipment. - What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Maggiano's includes a variety of table sizes, chairs, house linens, china/glass/silverware, personalized menu cards per table and house music.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Each room has a Minimum spend requirement that varies based on capacity, time and day. The deposit is 50% of the Minimum, due with the signed contract. All deposits are non-refundable. The Minimum, tax and event fee will be charged if a cancellation is received within seven (7) days of the function.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We welcome you to personalize the room with decor, floral, custom linen & more. Items may not be attached to or hung from mirrors, walls, doors & ceilings. Use of glitter/confetti will result in a cleaning fee. Early load-in must be coordinated in advance; items must be removed at the conclusion.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- In-house audio-visual equipment it available for nominal rental fees.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We are happy to offer recommendations for our trusted, certified vendors. However, Maggiano's does not have an exclusive vendor list, allowing you to work with professionals of your choice. Contracts & payment for outside decor & entertainment should be directly be directly between client & vendor.
