Maine Studio Works is a nearly 8,000 sq/ft turnkey production/photo studio, and private event rental space in the heart of the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine. With 12 breweries and distilleries within 1 mile and its proximity to the historic Old Port, it's central to everything that Portland has to offer! The space is divided into two private studio spaces to fit your production and event needs: Studio A is nearly 1,200 sqft, with a private entrance, restroom, and kitchenette. Studio B is nearly 6,000 sqft with a private entrance, two restrooms, a full commercial-grade kitchen, and an abundance of north facing natural light. This blank-canvas light industrial space is the perfect location for your modern urban wedding, corporate party, soiree, or production! With the capacity to comfortably fit 300 people, it's Portland Maine's newest & most versatile event venue!
