Mallard Island Estate is a waterfront estate set on Barnegat Bay in Manahawkin, New Jersey. The property is surrounded by the bay on multiple sides, with luscious gardens and luxurious interiors that have earned recognition as a "Best Outdoor" venue from Here Comes The Guide. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests for weddings and receptions, with sweeping coastal views, gold Chiavari chairs, and 72-inch round tables. The Boathouse Chapel provides an intimate bay-front setting for ceremonies, while an outdoor plaza inspired by Gothic architecture serves as a natural cocktail hour space. Ten private guest suites accommodate overnight guests, with a Night Manager on duty from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM and continental breakfast available the following morning. Exclusive catering is provided by Merri Makers, and the estate is fully handicap accessible.
