Set on 12 private, gated acres along the marshes of the Colleton River, the mansion is surrounded by centuries-old live oaks, a freshwater lagoon, and breathtaking natural beauty—offering a stunning setting for weddings and private events. Whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a full weekend celebration, the Mansion at Rose Hill offers a one-of-a-kind experience. The venue includes use of the entire estate, with space for outdoor ceremonies beneath the oaks, cocktail hours on the lawn, and receptions overlooking the water. Six guest suites allow up to 22 guests to stay on-site, making it perfect for destination weddings, bridal parties, and close family. Events at the mansion are fully customized—there are no pre-set packages—allowing couples and clients to create an experience that reflects their unique vision. From welcome parties and rehearsal dinners to farewell brunches, the property is yours to design around your celebration. All vendors must be licensed and insured, and you’re welcome to bring your favorites or choose from our preferred list. - While the venue itself doesn’t have an official curfew, local noise ordinances require that all amplified music end by 10:00 p.m. This helps us maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and ensures a peaceful environment for everyone.

- Yes, we do have a curated list of preferred vendors who are familiar with the property and uphold the level of service our clients expect.
