Maraza

Maraza is a 50-acre open-air desert venue designed for large-scale events, brand activations, and custom-built experiences of all kinds. The space is ideal for music events, cultural gatherings, corporate offsites, wellness retreats, private celebrations, and immersive installations. The property is split across two contiguous parcels (20 acres and 30 acres), allowing for flexible layouts that can be used together for large-scale productions or separately for more intimate formats. The open terrain serves as a blank canvas for staging, structures, and creative builds, while designated areas can accommodate main event zones, VIP sections, back-of-house operations, parking, and ride-share flow. Unique features include expansive capacity (500 to 20,000+ guests), unobstructed sight lines, and the ability to fully customize the environment to fit each event’s vision. The property supports seamless integration with professional production teams for staging, lighting, and sound, and includes flexible infrastructure planning for power, water, and logistics. Select areas of the site also feature camera coverage to support security and operational oversight.
