The Marconi Automotive Museum & Foundation for Kids is Orange County’s premier event venue, supported by over 30 years of experience producing exceptional events. Guests are welcomed into a striking industrial-chic setting surrounded by a world-class collection of more than 100 rare and exotic automobiles valued at approximately $70 million. What truly sets the Marconi apart is our hands-on, service-driven approach to event planning.     Our Starting Line package is ideal for weekday daytime events seeking an elevated venue experience at our most accessible price point. Venue rental pricing is based on day of the week, time of day, and guest count. For Monday–Thursday daytime events ending by 5:00pm with up to 100 guests, venue rental begins at $4,500. Included in the rental fee: Exclusive use of the Main Museum, Veranda, Parking Lot, and partial use of the Race Shop, including 4 hours for setup, 5 hours for the event, and 2 hours for strike. Complimentary rentals (for up to 300 guests): tables, floor-length black linens, and black banquet chairs. AV & house equipment: theater screen with PowerPoint/HDMI, acrylic podium, (4) wireless microphones, and in-house music via Spotify. On-site venue management and required venue staffing are included. Additional event hours may be added at $1,200/hr (events conclude by 11:00pm). Additional setup or strike time is $250/hr with prior approval. Catering and beverage services are in addition to the site fee. All alcohol service is provided exclusively through The Marconi. *This pricing excludes the month of December.

How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Venue rates are based upon guest count, event timeframe, day of the week and logistical needs. All events are priced individually and subject to change. The site fee starts at $6,500 to rent Monday-Thursday after 5:00pm and increases to $8,000 Friday-Sunday for up to 100 guests.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Use of the Main Museum, Veranda and Parking Lot - (4) hours for set-up, (5) hours for the actual event, and (2) hours for strike - Tables, chairs, and black linens for up to 300 guests - Theater screen with PowerPoint/HDMI capabilities, acrylic podium, and 4 wireless microphones
Does the venue have a liquor license?
Yes, alcohol is provided exclusively through the venue.
What is the venue capacity?
300 guests seated depending on layout, 350 guests cocktail style
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
Yes, White House Catering is our preferred catering company, but we allow outside catering options for a buyout fee of $4,000. Outside caterers must be approved by museum personnel.
