Market at the Mill

Market at the Mill is a multi-building complex centered on a central courtyard with open areas and patios for vendors and customers. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location. It also has a retail space, which offers customers a fun and unique shopping experience in addition to the event space. It had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years when the Dansby Feed Mills closed its doors. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored it to its former glory, making it a unique addition to the Clifton experience for visitors. Construction of the buildings was completed using only the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original structures. The layout of the buildings, as well as their elevations and styles, were preserved in their original form. Besides providing an exceptional shopping experience, the main building and the other two buildings can be rented out for special events to create a one-of-a-kind event venue. An expansive courtyard and covered pavilion are also available for guests to enjoy a beverage while sampling food from popular mobile food trucks. Live music will be performed both indoors and outdoors, and will be scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year.
