Does the hotel host more than one wedding a day?: No, we have one wedding only on any given day to ensure you and your guests are the center of attention for the entire day.
Are there a minimum number of requirements for booking a wedding?: Yes. In order to have an event at the property, we request at least 70% of the guests staying at the hotel.
Do you offer reduced rates for my guests to stay at the hotel?: Yes, we offer discounted accommodation rates to all your guests based on the number of rooms require and time of the year.
How early should couples start to plan their wedding?: Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long.
Who will be our point person during the planning process?: Our Catering Manager will assist with any questions and will guide you through the planning stages and menu selection, create a detailed event order with event specifics including a wedding day timeline, a floor plan for the ceremony and reception, as well as oversee the setup of the venues.
