Maryland Yacht Club

Maryland Yacht Club sits on eight acres of waterfront along Stoney Creek in Pasadena, Maryland, with sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay from nearly every angle of the property. Founded in 1908 and established at its current Fairview Beach location in the early 1950s, the club has hosted private celebrations for generations — from intimate dinners to large outdoor gatherings. Three distinct event settings accommodate a wide range of group sizes. The clubhouse welcomes up to 140 guests indoors, while the waterfront pavilion extends that capacity to 250 and places guests directly beside the water. For larger occasions, tented events on the grounds can host up to 500 guests. A water-side gazebo with bay views serves as a natural ceremony backdrop, and a long brick path provides a traditional bridal party entrance. The club works with three authorized catering partners — Absolutely Perfect, Bayside Bull, and Beefalo Bob's — allowing clients to select the culinary style that fits their event. The venue does not double-book events, ensuring that each celebration has the full grounds to itself. Maryland Yacht Club is positioned approximately 20 to 45 minutes from both Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
