An Icon of Coconut Grove since it opened in 1985, the Mayfair House Hotel and Garden has been carefully refurbished and thoughtfully updated to provide a vibrant and immersive experience for today’s sophisticated traveler. Architect Kenneth Treister’s signature design - full of lavish architectural detail and colorful expression - is a rare thing in Miami’s homogeneous hotel landscape: it is a true original. The upgrades have been designed to amplify the history of this one-of-a-kind property, infusing fresh artistic energy into the experience to delight a new generation of guests and locals alike. The new food and beverage offerings have been created to express the history of the Grove and to serve the surrounding community. Spaces from the original hotel have also been re-imagined to support new experiences: one of the fountains from the ground floor now houses an outdoor lounge and bar area that guests will love. The unique personality of the Mayfair House allows you to find the perfect backdrop amongst our different venues. All meeting spaces are located on the same floor of the hotel to facilitate ease of movement between venues and flexible floor plans offer a versatile array of options for conferences, seminars, product presentations, exhibitions, banquets, cocktail parties, and more. Mayfair House’s garden and outdoor venues, The Palm Terrace, and Sipsip Rooftop, create one of the most spectacular backdrops in Coconut Grove and truly channels the natural surroundings.

Our thoughtfully curated wedding packages at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden are designed to provide a seamless and elegant experience. The price per guest includes exclusive use of the selected venue, along with the hotel’s standard tables and Chiavari chairs. Floor-length linens, classic china, silverware, and a dance floor are also included to create a refined and cohesive setting for your celebration. Please note that ceremonies hosted on property are subject to an additional fee. Specialty linens and risers are not included but may be arranged upon request at an additional cost. A successful event requires collaboration between wedding planners and the venue coordinators, and most importantly, the client. Working with the hotel planner is crucial for a seamless event. The onsite venue coordinator is focused on selling the venue and managing all onsite arrangements, from room bookings to event logistics. The wedding planner is the primary contact for the couple and their guests regarding anything related to the venue and their specific celebration.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- All of our events and venues are unique. Contact the catering department in order to receive the most accurate quote for your event. For immediate pricing, please refer to the pricing section where you will find our wedding packages.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- We do not charge a venue rental fee. Our wedding packages include tables, chairs, linen, china and glassware.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- For any outdoor events, the curfew is 11 pm due to the local noise ordinance. For indoor events, the curfew is 2 am.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We offer discounted valet rates for all of our events. There is also street parking and a public parking garage directly across the street.
- What is the venue capacity?
- For a seated dinner with a dancefloor, our ballroom holds 180 guests.
