The Terrace, elevated 14 feet above street level, delivers panoramic views of the park and features a retractable awning and built-in sound system, accommodating 70 seated or 150 for cocktail receptions. The Park Room brings floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and custom chandeliers to groups of up to 64 seated or 90 for receptions. For smaller occasions, the Redbud Room and Indigo Room provide private dining settings with natural light, while the North Corner combines three connected areas — including a covered outdoor terrace — for indoor-outdoor events of up to 50 guests. The hotel's 44 guest rooms and suites, including two- and three-bedroom options that accommodate up to 10, allow wedding parties and event guests to stay close to the celebration. The Mayton sits within walking distance of downtown Cary dining, breweries, and shops.
