McMenamins Crystal Ballroom & Hotel

Set in Portland's West End, the Crystal Ballroom & Hotel pairs a historic ballroom with an adjacent boutique hotel just a block away for out-of-town guests. The ballroom is known for its vaulted ceilings, grand chandeliers, two-story wallscapes, and a famous "floating" dance floor, along with a classic corner stage, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a swooping balcony. The venue offers two distinct spaces for private events. The 7,500-square-foot Main Ballroom accommodates anywhere from 100 to 1,000 guests, making it equally suited to an intimate gathering or a full-scale reception, while the upstairs Lola's Room hosts up to 200 guests with its own fully stocked bar, original artwork, and floating dance floor for a more intimate celebration. Every rental includes full onsite catering with dietary accommodations, exclusive McMenamins craft beverages, wait staff and bartenders, and tables, chairs, and linens, with no separate room rental fee once the food and beverage minimum is met.
