MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center sits in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Kingsport, Tennessee, with an 18-hole golf course at the foot of Bays Mountain and mountain views from many of its 301 renovated guest rooms and suites. The resort offers more than 81,000 square feet of event space, anchored by three ballrooms - including the Cattails Ballroom, which holds up to 500 guests beneath high ceilings and chandeliers, and the Grand Ballroom, its largest room. Couples planning a wedding can exchange vows against the mountain backdrop or on the golf course, with a complimentary indoor space held in reserve in case of weather, and can celebrate an intimate gathering in the property's wine cellar. Marriott Certified Wedding Planners on staff are trained to coordinate ethnic and military weddings alongside traditional ceremonies. In-house catering and dedicated event planners support everything from bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to receptions and post-wedding brunches, and The Meadows Restaurant serves American fare, including a seafood buffet, with mountain views.
