Mercantile Immersive

Mercantile Immersive is Cincinnati's first 360-degree multi-sensory event space, set inside the historic original Mercantile Building at 120 E 4th St in downtown Cincinnati. Opened in September 2025, the venue reimagines the building's architecture with floor-to-ceiling LED displays, IMAX-quality visuals, spatial audio, and dynamic lighting, creating a fully customizable backdrop for weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations. The venue spans 9,400 square feet across two adjoining rooms and accommodates up to 500 guests. LED displays can be designed to match the colors, branding, or aesthetic of any event, with capabilities that include live camera feeds, logo integration, and programmable lighting. DelightMore, Cincinnati's event design and hospitality group, oversees fully integrated event services -- from coordination and catering to multimedia production -- at the venue.
