Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden

Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden is a 45-acre zoo and botanic garden in Evansville, Indiana, established in 1928 and accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The grounds bring together hundreds of animals representing species from South America, Africa, North America, and Asia, set among thousands of exotic and regional botanical species. The zoo hosts a full range of private events — weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and family picnics — with both indoor and outdoor spaces that adapt to occasions ranging from intimate ceremonies to large celebrations. A dedicated events team supports planning and coordinates animal encounters, tram rides, and other on-site experiences that make the setting distinctive.
