Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition operates an 86-acre event campus adjacent to Florida International University in western Miami-Dade County, offering one of South Florida's most versatile rental facilities. Across more than 70 events each year, the grounds accommodate gatherings ranging from a seminar for 50 to a large-scale festival with 50,000 attendees.
The campus encompasses several major indoor halls — Arnold Hall & Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall, and the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion — collectively spanning well over 160,000 square feet of air-conditioned, column-free space suited to trade shows, corporate retreats, concerts, banquets, and private events. Smaller meetings and social gatherings find a home in the Blue Ribbon Room, which seats up to 400, or the more intimate Carousel Room, which holds up to 100. Outdoor programming can spread across the full fairgrounds, which include 22 acres of paved surface, permanent overhead lighting, and RV hookup access for large festivals.
