Mildale Farm

Mildale Farm is Johnson County Parks & Recreation District's premier event facility, set on 22 rolling acres adjacent to over 600 acres of parkland just minutes from Kansas City in Edgerton, Kansas. The property is framed by approximately five miles of three-rail white fencing and dotted with nine man-made fishing ponds, giving it an unmistakably pastoral character. The centerpiece of the property is an 8,672-square-foot equestrian-style barn featuring soaring beams, a center cupola, dormer windows, and hand-laid brick floors. The barn accommodates up to 300 guests and comes equipped with a catering kitchen, restrooms, HVAC, a coat room, 350 white padded chairs, and a full complement of round and banquet tables. It is well suited for weddings, galas, family reunions, holiday parties, and corporate retreats. For events that extend into the weekend, the property also includes a 3,354-square-foot Williamsburg-style estate house that sleeps up to eight guests overnight and a 1,249-square-foot cottage that accommodates four — making Mildale Farm an option for celebrations that carry on well past the reception.
