Milledgeville Country Club

The Club at Lake Sinclair is a private country club and full-service event venue set on the shores of Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, Georgia. Originally established in 1957 and opened in 1960 as Milledgeville Country Club, the property was purchased by the Smith family in 2016 and underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation before reopening in January 2018. The clubhouse hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, bridal showers, corporate meetings, and private social events. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 250 guests and can be divided into three smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings. For smaller groups, the Wine Room provides a private dining setting suited for showers, company meetings, and family dinners. A covered outdoor porch overlooks the golf course, pools, and Lake Sinclair. Event packages include catering options ranging from cocktail receptions to full plated dinners, with menus from Aubri Lane's, the club's on-site restaurant. The 18-hole George Cobb-designed golf course, two resort-style pools, tennis courts, and sports court round out the property's amenities.
