Our ceremony package, perfect for an elopement or a ceremony with 20 or fewer people. Two hours of garden use for an intimate ceremony and photographs. Our historic 18th-century warehouse will be available in case of inclement weather for no additional charge. The 20 person limit includes vendors and officiants. Please note that for weddings and rentals we require 50% of the total price up front, along with a $500 security deposit. Additional rent time is $500 per hour, and house tours are $100 per hour with a two hour minimum.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Wedding pricing varies by package; please refer to our wedding offerings for full details. Pricing for other private events is based on the number of hours and the spaces reserved. The Warehouse and Gardens are each $500 per hour. For example, a three-hour event renting both spaces would total $3,00
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The Moffatt-Ladd merely provides exclusive use of the space for the allotted rental time. Please note that the museum is not responsible for the set-up and clean-up for any event. For interested parties, first-floor house tours can be added on to any wedding package or general event rental.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The Gardens can accommodate up to 150 guests without a tent, or approximately 120 guests with a tent. The Warehouse can host up to 80 guests for standing events or 60 guests for seated gatherings.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- The Moffatt-Ladd does not offer on-site parking for guests. However, please communicate with us in the event that a vendor needs to unload on the property.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- We do have museum staff onsite at every private event to help coordinate with event logistics. However; please note that we are not responsible for the set-up or clean-up of any event, and the museum staff are there on behalf of the museum to ensure that vendors are in accordance with our guidelines
