Our ceremony package, perfect for an elopement or a ceremony with 20 or fewer people. Two hours of garden use for an intimate ceremony and photographs. Our historic 18th-century warehouse will be available in case of inclement weather for no additional charge. The 20 person limit includes vendors and officiants. Please note that for weddings and rentals we require 50% of the total price up front, along with a $500 security deposit. Additional rent time is $500 per hour, and house tours are $100 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Our ceremony package is ideal for up to 100 people. Three hours of garden use includes a half-hour photo session inside the Great Hall for the couple only. Your set-up and clean-up is included in the 3 hour time. Our warehouse is available in case of inclement weather for no additional charge.
