Terms & Conditions: -Charges will occur every 30 days from the start date (this is a monthly reoccurring membership). - Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. - No show fee: $15.00; Cancelled class fee: $10.00 - Late payment fee: $15; Returned item fee: $25. - No refunds or credits for unused days or partially used months. - Failure to provide notice will result in one additional billing cycle charge. TO FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP: -A 30 day advance notice from your billing date in writing (email, text, or handwritten) is required. -Memberships may be frozen for $15/monthly fee. -Freezes must be in one-month increments for a maximum of three months. -Payment for monthly membership will resume at the end of the agreed freeze period. -Remaining credits do not roll over; freezing pauses billing and extends the membership term by the freeze duration.
