Moody Gardens Hotel Spa & Convention Center

Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa & Convention Center sits on Moody Gardens' 242-acre tropical property in Galveston, Texas, part of a public, non-profit educational destination built around nature, conservation, and recreation. The AAA Four Diamond property pairs traditional hotel amenities — an outdoor pool, a full-service spa and fitness center, a boat marina, and pet-friendly rooms — with access to the surrounding gardens and pyramids. For events, the property offers roughly 103,000 square feet of space across its Convention Center and a range of distinctive settings. Couples can marry inside the Rainforest Pyramid, surrounded by flora and fauna from Asia, Africa, and the Americas, or beneath the sky on the Rooftop Terrace; the Aquarium Pyramid places guests among penguins, seals, and tropical fish, while the Moody Gardens Ballroom offers a more traditional chandeliered setting and the ninth-floor Viewfinders Terrace looks out over the pyramids and Galveston Bay. Guests hosting meetings or conventions have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the meeting and guest rooms, plus seasonal access to Palm Beach.
