Moravia Wines

Moravia Wines is a family-owned winery and event venue situated on 400 acres of farmland in the Biola area west of Fresno, California. The winery takes its name from the SS Moravia, the emigrant ship that carried Danish ancestor Hans Jacob Jeppesen to America in 1885 — the same family that has cultivated the land and crafted wines across multiple generations under the Hammond Family name. The property hosts weddings, bridal and baby showers, private parties, and celebrations of life, welcoming gatherings of varying sizes in a setting that blends rustic Central Valley character with relaxed hospitality. Wedding packages include full-day venue access, tables, chairs, linens, complete setup and teardown, a furnished wedding suite, and a security guard. Daytime rentals for private parties include venue access on weekends with a minimum wine purchase. Moravia Wines produces award-winning wines available for tasting on weekends, and the winery draws guests with seasonal experiences such as wine and chocolate pairings and curated picnic tastings on-site.
