A BEAUTIFUL DESTINATION VENUE ON 6 ACRES OF LAND IN ALVIN, TX. Morgan Falls is an award-winning, private destination venue. There's exclusive outdoor and indoor space for your upscale wedding. The Morgan Falls is named after the City's Founder, Alvin Morgan who incorporated in 1893. The facility has been in the community since 2014. In 2017 the Cox Family who helped host and plan weddings since 1994 took ownership and renovated the property.

150 guests including wedding party can be accommodated on property.

A signed contract and a non refundable down payment of $1,000 or 10% of your total package (the greatest value) will reserve your date.

You can if you like and there's a savings of $500 and you get an additional hour complimentary if you do so. Your payments are individually divided by the year/months/weeks/days of your event and you pay a certain amount each time.
