- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We have several locations with different pricing. Please see our venue pricing on our website: https://www.tellurideweddingvenues.com/
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- All staffing needed, including servers, bartenders & manager - Private use of space - Tables and chairs - Glassware and Silverware - Champagne colored tablecloths and napkins (you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer)
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- To secure the date and space there is a $2000 non-refundable deposit.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The View: 120 seated guests, 175 standing Grassy Knoll: 80 guests The View Apres Lounge: 50 guests seated, 60 standing The View & The Pool Deck: 150 guests Summit Room: 40 guests Mt. Emma: 30 guests
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- 10:00 pm outside 11:00 pm in the View - can be extended

Kaitlyn James
Director of CateringKaitlyn grew up in Colorado with a deep appreciation for the mountains. While studying Tourism and Hospitality at Fort Lewis College, she discovered her passion for event planning. Her journey eventually led her to Telluride, where she joined the Mountain Lodge team in 2021. Kaitlyn’s love for this charming mountain town and its stunning venue shines through in the care and attention she brings to every event. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking, rafting, gardening, or with her cats!
