Mountain Magnolia Inn

Magnolia House is a historic estate and event venue in Hot Springs, North Carolina, built in 1868 on 3 acres of curated gardens at the edge of the Appalachian Mountains. The property hosts micro-weddings, elopements, family reunions, and retreats, with outdoor ceremonies traditionally held beneath a large walnut tree on the estate grounds and indoor options in the parlor during winter months. For traditional weddings, the full estate accommodates up to 80 guests across several event areas: a covered pavilion for cocktails and dancing, an outdoor side lawn for dining, and an indoor dining room as an alternative. On-site lodging in the Magnolia House, the Magnolia Cottage, and the Garden House keeps the wedding party together throughout the weekend — a three-night minimum stay is required for full estate rentals.
