What is included in the venue rental cost?: Complete access to 4BR/3.5BA historic home with modern chef's kitchen, all living areas, dining room, spacious outdoor deck/patio, hot tub, fire pit table, ping pong table, heat lamps, Pottery Barn lounge furniture, turf area, original wood details, and 4 off-street parking spaces included.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: 90-Day Cancellation Policy: You’ll receive a full refund, including all fees, if you cancel at least 90 days before your event.
What is the venue capacity?: The venue has a maximum capacity of 80 guests for event seating, 50 guests for outdoor tables, 25 guests indoor table seating.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: Contact us during booking to discuss specific décor guidelines. As a beautiful 1906 Dutch Colonial home, we protect original features: leaded glass windows, hardwood floors & period architectural details. Guidelines ensure damage prevention to historic surfaces & elements.
