Naper Settlement

We rent in 4 hour blocks with additional hour blocks available. We provide Table and chairs and our approved caterers can provide everything from table cloths, food, beverage and clean up.

We book our Chapel in two-hour time slots for your ceremony and 1 hour for your rehearsal.  We have a plush bride room with wrap around mirrors, granite vanity with sinks, and two bathrooms. In addition, there is parking next to the chapel for the bridal party, public parking across the street, and our chapel is a two-minute walk from downtown Naperville.

Pre-Emption House Tavern •Space for 34 seated or 45 standing •Historic ambiance with old-fashioned mirrored bar •Includes a Rental attendant, 6 wooden tables, and 34 wooden chairs •Does not include A/V equipment Pricing and Fees •Standard Rate: $571 for up to 4-hours •Additional hours: $143 per hour, one-hour minimum
