NC State University Club

The NC State University Club is a private recreational and event venue founded in 1958, set on approximately 45 acres along Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. Originally established for NC State faculty and staff, the club now extends membership to NC State alumni, Centennial Campus Partners, and Friends of the University, while welcoming non-members for private events. With more than 20 event spaces accommodating groups from 5 to 300 guests, the club is a versatile setting for weddings, corporate events, business meetings, and private celebrations. The Ballroom and Main Dining Room — the club's largest combined space — seats up to 250 or hosts 300 for a standing reception, with access to an adjacent rose garden patio. The Lutz Ballroom accommodates 130 seated with built-in A/V capabilities, and smaller meeting rooms serve more intimate gatherings down to 16. All room rentals include full-service catering staff, tables, chairs, linens, and ample on-site parking. The broader campus features tennis courts, a golf course, a fitness center, and dining facilities, lending the club a distinctive backdrop beyond a typical banquet hall.
