New York Hall of Science

The New York Hall of Science is a science museum located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in the New York City borough of Queens, in the area of the park known as Corona. The museum is open to the public on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is housed in one of the few remaining structures from the 1964 New York World's Fair and serves as New York City's sole hands-on science and technology center, according to the organization. After completing a $25 million makeover, our historic Great Hall is now included among our available spaces, looking as magnificent as it did during the 1964 World's Fair, when it was conceived by renowned architect Wallace Harrison and built by the city of Chicago. This oval-shaped chamber, which is surrounded by white walls, serves as your own canvas. The Viscusi, a 4,000-square-foot gallery space, offers plenty of room for creativity and customisation during your session. During the warmer months, the Terrace is the ideal location for your outdoor party. The Terrace, with its approximately 10,000 square feet of area, may be arranged to meet your specific requirements. The Central Pavilion, which has over 250 hands-on exhibits, serves as an inviting event background for up to 1,000 people for cocktail receptions. Our playground is ideal for both bar and bat mitzvahs as well as birthday celebrations, and it provides a lovely photo background in addition to hours of entertainment.
