Newport Golf Club

Newport Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 71 golf course designed by Phil Wogan, set on 143 acres in the Sugar River Valley of Newport, New Hampshire. The property spans a varied landscape — portions carved from a forest of mature pine, hemlock, oak, maple, cherry, and white birch, others built on open pastureland, with the Sugar River winding through the grounds and bent grass greens, tees, and fairways throughout. The course has been featured in NH Golf Magazine and serves golfers of all skill levels across the Dartmouth–Lake Sunapee Region. The club's two dedicated event spaces accommodate celebrations of varying sizes, from large receptions to intimate gatherings. A professional event coordinator and staff support each occasion, and the club welcomes local vendors for catering, florals, lighting, music, and photography. Newport Golf Club hosts weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, proms, reunions, business luncheons, and baby showers throughout the year.
