NorthStone Country Club

NorthStone Country Club is a private country club set on 237 landscaped acres in Huntersville, North Carolina, about 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte in the Lake Norman area. Founded in 1997, the club completed a significant clubhouse renovation that updated its bar, dining spaces, and the 18,000-square-foot facility that serves as the backdrop for private events. The Carolina Ballroom anchors the club's event offerings — a 3,000-square-foot space with 13-foot draped ceilings and glass-paneled doors that open onto a covered veranda overlooking the golf course. The room accommodates up to 180 guests and divides into three sections, offering flexibility for rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, milestone celebrations, and full-scale wedding receptions. Outdoor ceremony options include the Stone Garden, the Wedding Garden, and the Wedding Gazebo. An in-house culinary team provides customizable menus across all event types, from passed hors d'oeuvres and chef-attended carving stations to plated entrées, dessert displays, and specialty bar packages. Packages include Chiavari chairs, complimentary linens, and décor selections. A dedicated events coordinator supports planning from the initial inquiry through event day.
