Our base, one-day package for a Saturday offers 9am-11pm access to the property, with shuttle service from the parking area throughout the day. Plates, glassware, tables, chairs, arbors, etc. are included. Ceremony and reception setup are all handled by our staff, as well as bussing tables and sorting trash for recycling. Two other packages are offered to include overnight the night before, space for rehearsal dinner (plates/glassware/tables/staff), month of coordination, professional decor services and more.

- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We work with you to locate the best vendor for your wedding! Chattanooga has so many fantastic vendors to choose from, and we know each one changes the look and FEEL of your event. Our top two packages include a meeting where we get to know you both, and cover everything from decor to vendors.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- We have several independent Month-Of-Coordinators who contract with us as part of our packages (or they can be added). They are familiar with our venue and are FABULOUS at what they do to make sure your wedding runs smoothly.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Because most of our events are destination AND because we are a green venue, we include a LOT with our space -- from staff throughout the day, to tables, chairs, glassware, coordination, design, & more. Our packages range from $4,900-$6,800 on a weekday to $5,900 to $10,500 on a Saturday.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We have favorite caterers who we know and trust to provide fabulous service and incredible food for your wedding. That said, you are free to bring in your own caterer, provided they are licensed and insured.
