Ouray County 4-H Event Center

The Ouray County Fairgrounds and 4-H Event Center sits at 22739 Highway 550 in Ridgway, Colorado, backed by the San Juan Mountains and offering a range of indoor and outdoor event spaces suited to celebrations, meetings, and business retreats of nearly any scale. The 4-H Event Center provides 5,200 square feet of indoor event space divided across named rooms — the Mt. Sneffels Room, the Uncompahgre Room, and the two combined — each accommodating configurations from intimate dinners to theater-style gatherings of several hundred. An adjacent outdoor South Patio with 2,400 square feet of open courtyard connects to the reception rooms and provides views of the surrounding mountains, accommodating up to 300 guests depending on setup. The fairgrounds also include a full-size equestrian arena, a livestock barn, and a historic race track for events that call for a Western character. Amenities include a commercial kitchen, A/V equipment, ADA-accessible facilities, and ample parking. An on-staff event planner is available to help coordinate and customize functions.
