Paniolo Ranch

Paniolo Ranch is a 100-acre destination resort and wedding venue in the Texas Hill Country in Boerne, set among rolling hills, wooded forest, and a private lake. The property takes its name from the Paniolo, Hawaiian cattle herders whose skill was proven against American cowboys at the 1908 Frontier Days rodeo, and its design blends that Hawaiian heritage with the character of a Texas ranch. Weddings take place at an outdoor stone altar ceremony site overlooking the lake and hills, followed by receptions in the Indoor Reception Hall, which opens onto a large patio and is outfitted with round tables, chiavari chairs, theatrical lighting, and a catering kitchen. Couples also have use of on-site bridal and groom's dressing rooms and a vineyard-vine photo backdrop. Beyond weddings, the ranch hosts elopements, rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, and weekend getaways. Guests can extend their stay across five on-site houses, and the property's spa, pool, hot tubs, gym, art studio, and nature trails give a wedding party or retreat group a resort to settle into before and after the event itself.
