Paradise Hills Resort & Spa

Paradise Hills Winery Resort & Spa is a 42-acre mountain retreat in Blairsville, Georgia, established in 1988 and set within the Blue Ridge Mountains. The property combines a family-owned farm winery, a European-style spa, and cabin accommodations — all on a single ridgeline estate that guests can reserve exclusively for destination celebrations. For events, the resort accommodates up to 75 guests across multiple indoor and outdoor settings, including an open-air vineyard overlook deck, a ceremony gazebo, a covered pavilion with mountain views, and a winery tasting room suited for cocktail gatherings. Owners Robert and Ilke Lander live on-site and are personally involved in every event, providing hands-on coordination from planning through the day itself. Paradise Hills is particularly well suited to micro-weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners, and small group retreats where guests want lodging, ceremony, reception, and spa services in one place. In-house catering and an ordained minister are available, and the resort's full-buyout option reserves all cabins and common areas for a single group.
