About Paragon
Paragon is a legendary New York City nightlife institution, recently reopened in partnership with techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson, alongside a diverse team of event professionals. Paragon showcases a unique range of vibrant culture, within a world-renowned event space. Paragon is a 2.5 floor, 270 person capacity venue with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, conveniently located on the border of Bed-Stuy and Bushwick, a cultural hotspot within Brooklyn NY. The venue is a flexible use space, perfect for unique & engaging brand activations, corporate gatherings, film & photo shots, weddings, fashion shows, and of course, DJ & live music performance and parties. Designed by award winning industrial designer & interior architect, Safwat Riad, Paragon’s interiors offer a unique array of spaces and environments. The ground floor includes a spacious front room bar, ballroom, an ADA-compliant restroom, and catering kitchen. Overlooking the ballroom is a mezzanine that includes a fully-equipped DJ booth, lighting/sound booth, and various configurations of seating areas The basement level includes a bar, several gender-neutral restrooms, coat check, and second DJ booth. - What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Access to the entire venue, including front bar, main ballroom with second floor mezzanine, an ADA accessible restroom on ground floor, as well as a catering kitchen with exhaust hood. Plus, lower level with second bar and dance floor, as well as full sized restrooms.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Depending on set up and use of space, events can reach around 300 person capacity.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- No restrictions for temporary decor. Any decor that requires additional load-in/load-out will require additional fees. Decor must not permanently alter or damage the building, walls or fixtures. Damage Deposit may be required for larger amounts of decor.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes, we are a fully licensed on-premise bar.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- As a regularly operating nightlife space, Paragon features cutting edge top of the line bespoke sound and lighting equipment installed throughout the space. We also have a team of professionals available to operate said equipment to your specifications, at an additional cost.
