We are a 4 story building located is the heart of Watsonville, Ca. We are an apartment building on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floor. But on the first floor we own a beautiful ballroom and sports bar that we would love to rent out for receptions, holiday parties, quinceaneras and any event you could think of, even a comedy show.
