Parker Place

Parker Place Events is a historic wedding and event venue set on a working property in Luthersville, Georgia. The centerpiece is an 1902 Victorian hotel featuring 15 stained glass windows, seven fireplaces, and a collection of period antiques — available for day-long rental to accommodate bridal preparations and private gatherings before a ceremony. The property also includes a historic train depot reception site and a barn, offering multiple outdoor ceremony settings that overlook horse pastures, barn frontage, and a grove of pecan trees. The venue accommodates up to 80 guests across its event spaces. In-house catering is provided through County Line Cafe, and rentals include tables, chairs, linens, and complimentary décor. Parker Place Events hosts weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, graduations, baby showers, family reunions, church functions, festivals, and fundraisers, with appointments available seven days a week.
