Located in the cutest pocket of Lincoln Square, the Party Day studio is the perfect spot for your next kids party, baby shower, or birthday party! Our space offers a fully renovated kitchen, perfect for hiring a chef or hosting a wine night! Modern farm tables and bentwood chairs seat 25, additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, or accommodate 50 guests with a standing room cocktail style party. Party Day has both exposed brick walls, plain white walls and beautiful morning and mid-day light with a wall of east facing windows. The perfect spot for a photography studio shoot.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Price varies by peak day/ season, the average is $150/ hour with a 3 hour minimum and a one time $125 cleaning fee

- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- We require a refundable 50% deposit to reserve your date and final payment two weeks prior to your event. Final payment is non-refundable and any changes or cancellations must be made two weeks prior to your event.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- All events must end by 10:00pm- clean up must be complete by 11:00pm
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- We do not have a liquor license, however you may BYOB with the addition of day-of insurance
