An 8,000 square foot historic warehouse space is available for rent on the second floor of the Peanut Butter Warehouse and can be transformed into any event your imagination can dream up. There is nothing else like it on the island, with its expansive views of the harbor and rich, original brick and wood accents. It is truly unique. This one-of-a-kind venue can accommodate up to 350 people for a banquet round and up to 400 people for a reception style setting. On-site access to the changing room/conference room, as well as the Catering Kitchen and VIP parking. Banquet rounds, floor length linen, chiavari chairs, string lights, and uplighting are all included in the venue rental.
