Tucked away on 4.25 blooming acres in New Buffalo, MI (just over an hour from Chicago), our French countryside-inspired property invites you and your guests to slow down, settle in, and celebrate in style. From welcome drinks to morning-after brunch, Petite Acres is designed to host every chapter of your wedding weekend. With 12 private guest homes and suites on-site, you can gather your favorite people in one place — no shuttles or hotel blocks required. Maison Foxglove, our signature four-bedroom home, sits just beside the event lawn and is perfect for getting ready, hosting intimate moments, and soaking up time together. The centerpiece of the property is Château Aster — a stone-clad venue inspired by timeless French manors. Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, custom chandeliers, and a grand limestone fireplace. Outside, the venue opens to wildflower gardens, firepit lounges, and winding tree-lined paths — creating a seamless flow between indoor elegance and outdoor charm. With amenities like a wellness studio, sauna, and immersive natural landscaping, Petite Acres blends thoughtful design with an easy, elevated spirit. Host your special occasion at Petite Acres with our exclusive venue rental service. For a full-weekend retreat, here's what's Included in your wedding booking from Friday at four pm Eastern time until Sunday at noon Eastern time - Ceremony and reception can all take place at the property - Your welcome moment/rehearsal can take place on the property and is included - Your farewell moment/brunch can take place on the property and is included - Full block on the property for your chosen weekend - The 4-bedroom home is included (and I think an excellent space to get ready) - The remaining suites function the couple's room block In the venue, you'll have up to 20 round tables and chairs for your guests.

- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Outdoor amplified sound must conclude by 11pm in accordance with local ordinances. Indoor events may continue with doors closed and sound managed in coordination with your planner and entertainment team. If events go beyond 11pm you can select a Speakeasy Package to go until 1am for after hours!
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Your venue rental includes chairs, tables, cocktail tables, barware, and the dance floor. Linens, tableware, specialty rentals, and décor can be brought in through your caterer, florists, or other rental and vendor partners. We’re happy to recommend trusted vendors.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Château Aster comfortably fits up to 205 guests for cocktail-style events. For seated weddings or dinners with a dance floor, we recommend 150–180 guests.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, our event venue and primary pathways are ADA-accessible
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
