Phillips Event Center & City Course at PEC

Phillips Event Center sits on a 7.27-acre property in Bryan, Texas, anchored by the City Course, an 18-hole championship golf course first opened in 1971 and designed by architect Dr. Marvin H. Ferguson. The center pairs that course with 26,500 square feet of event space, six tennis courts, and two auxiliary buildings, giving it a setting that reads as both rustic and elegant. The venue's four main event spaces span a wide range of gatherings. The Oakview Ballroom, described as the centerpiece of the center, features a barrel-vault ceiling, crystal chandeliers, and golf course views, and seats up to 150 guests. The Sunrise and Sunset Ballrooms bring floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic natural light, with the Sunrise Ballroom dividing into two rooms for smaller events or combining for up to 290 seated guests. The Brazos Room and Champion's Lounge round out the offering with advanced audiovisual capabilities and, in the Lounge's case, a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Beyond weddings, Phillips Event Center hosts corporate meetings, conferences, and social celebrations such as baby showers and graduations, supported by in-house catering from its culinary team, complimentary WiFi, and on-site audio/video equipment.
