Pine Hill Farm

Pine Hill Farm is a 23-acre event property in Burns, Tennessee, about 30 minutes outside Nashville. Once part of a 400-acre livestock operation divided when Interstate 40 was constructed in 1957, the land now offers 8 acres of open field that can host up to 500 guests for weddings, concerts, corporate retreats, festivals, and private celebrations of all kinds. At the heart of the property stands the original 1912 farmhouse — a 2,400-square-foot historic structure with modern updates that include a kitchen with quartz countertops, dual ovens, and a glass range. The farmhouse features a covered porch, a communal fire pit, separate preparation spaces for the wedding party, and a large bridal bathroom with a vintage tub. Stage and sound equipment are available on-site, and the property provides parking for up to 150 vehicles.
